Seaside Pink

The first thing that comes into my mind when I think of San Francisco is the Golden Gate bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, the Pier and some crazy steep hills…but now it looks like I need to add Sutro Baths to this list.

Sutro Baths was the world’s first indoor swimming pool facility, made of steel and glass built in 1896. A fire burned it to the ground in the 1960s. Not much remains but what’s left of the ruins which is quite charming and has the ability to take you back in time. There is a new facility at the parking lot with historic information and a cafe. Many tourists don’t venture out this far, but the vistas are beautiful. If you don’t mind a little SF breeze and a small hike down, you can catch a great view and venture through a lovely trail called Lands End. This picture perfect place is a small piece of history definitely worth visiting.

I wore this gorgeous pink chiffon ABS by Allen Schwartz gown to a wedding over the weekend and wanted to capture the beauty of it at Sutro Baths. If you are looking for a beautiful elegant gown or just a fun and flirty dress to wear to an event or party, definitely check out this brand, it’s one of my favorites! xo
