One of the most worn item in my closet has got to be this chambray top from H&M. I really love how chambray compliments a lot of pieces in my closet and I especially love that it can tone down a party metallic skirt, add character to a little black dress, casualized a body hugging pencil skirt, edged up a pair of feminine lace shorts, and completes this camouflage + white tee combination. Are there anything that doesn’t go well with a chambray top? I added black pointy toe pumps to dress up the look and of course my favorite black fedora whenever I don’t feel like fussing with my hair but want to make a statement.
There’s been a few articles floating around that chambray is getting old but it’s still a favorite item of mine (for all the reasons above). So ladies, do you think chambray is played out?
I love chambray too. It’s so easy to wear. I wear my Target chambray shirt at least once a week. I don’t think chambray is getting old at all. At least for me =) Have a great weekend!

I don’t believe that chambray is getting old at all. It’d be like saying jeans are going out of fashion! It’s a versatile piece that really does go with anything, as you’ve shown many times on your blog. This outfit is no exception.

The chambray will never get old to me, it seriously goes with everything! I love it with leather, jeans, buttoned up to the top, used as a layering piece, ah everything. And I want to say thank you for the love for my new doo! I have to admit, I love it so much I may never go back blonde. lol
Its also nice to not be stereo typed as that dumb blonde anymore either.. :/
Oh and I do have a twitter, I’m not on it a whole lot but sometimes :)

I admit, I haven’t been to receptive to the whole camo trend, but it’s so fierce on you and you pull it off wonderfully! Love the hat (of course!) and although I did hear that chambray/denim tops are dying out… for me, it’s still a staple! Like you pointed out, I love how they can literally go with anything and everything. :)

KT, I really like when you wear your hair straight! I myself also love a good chambray top. I have a few of them and I wear them with a lot of things so no article online is going to make me not want to wear them.
